Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Closr Technologies LLC (closrdesk.com) governing your use of Closr Desk, a trademark of Closr Technologies LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use Closr Desk on behalf of a brokerage or company, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for it.

Closr Desk is a deal workspace for real estate professionals: a desk that keeps transactions organized and Closr, which watches transaction dates, drafts follow-ups, and prepares work for your approval.

During the founding cohort the service is invite-only and evolving: features may change, be added, or be removed as we build alongside the cohort’s live deals.

Keep your account information accurate, and keep control of the email address you sign in with — sign-in flows through it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access during the founding cohort is by invitation and isn’t transferable.

The deal records, documents, and communications you put on the desk — or connect to it — remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you.

Connected accounts are governed by the permissions you grant and by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.

Use Closr Desk lawfully and professionally. Don’t probe, disrupt, or overload the service; don’t resell or share cohort access; don’t use the desk to send spam or unlawful communications; and only put content on the desk that you have the right to use.

Drafts, summaries, and suggestions prepared by Closr are proposals. Nothing that changes money, dates, or terms, requests a signature from a client or outside party, or brings in a new party happens on your behalf until you approve it. You choose which routine messages, if any, may send automatically, and every send is recorded in your deal file with a receipt. What goes out is your communication, sent under your name and your responsibility.

AI output can be wrong. Review drafts against the contract before approving. Closr Desk is software — not a brokerage, an attorney, or a fiduciary — and nothing it produces is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Closr Desk is a safety net, not a substitute for professional responsibility. You — and, where applicable, your brokerage — remain responsible for meeting the obligations and deadlines in your transactions. We work hard to watch every date, but we do not guarantee that every deadline is caught or every draft is right.

Closr Desk is free during the founding cohort. If and when paid plans are introduced, pricing will be announced before it applies to you, and you will never be charged without explicitly agreeing to a paid plan.

The service is provided “as is” — particularly during the founding cohort, while it is actively evolving. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it fits a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closr Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost deals, or missed deadlines — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have paid nothing.

You can stop using Closr Desk at any time, and deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the product or by email before the change takes effect, and this page will always carry the current version and its effective date.
